We are looking for a Commitment from you for the season

9% Superannuation of Ordinary time earning
We are opposite Bourke Street, Ski in and out of the Whitt
You will have an Employee Collective Agreement
We encourage you to socialise at the bar and to recognize and speak to our membersWe hold private dinner parties, cocktail parties and conferences
The whitt has a children’s room with tennis and arcade amusements and a Children’s Video room
We have 2 Restaurants one, we call the Dump inn
We have a Governor’s Lounge with open fire place and library.
Bar with a big screen, bar meals
We have 20 rooms, we can sleep approximately 80
We have another Lodge called Kandahar which sleeps up to 51
Guests staying at Kandahar also use all facilities at the Whitt
We have the best rooms for staff on the mountain
Staff have shared rooms (2 to a room) female/males
Staff area, to be kept clean by all staff, rotating roster system
Towels and linen supplied by SCV
Laundry facilities available for FOC
Regular staff nights will be arranged including bbq/meal and drinks
Internet FOC for the first 20 minutes charge there after
Non smoking environment
Smoking area on the sundeck
50% off all meals purchased at the club
Your car can be parked FOC at the bottom on the mountain
No staff Tabs allowed
Tabs for Guests
All Tips will be pulled and distributed each month
Public transport is available to get to Melbourne
We will have a Staff suggestion box for positive feed back
No drinking 7 hours before you start work, instant dismissal for arriving to work intoxicated
Not showing up for a shift or being late is not advisable.
Approx 26 staff on the team
