Get set for some wintry feasting on the slopes as Melbourne’s iconic Southeast Asian restaurant Chin Chin takes Mt Buller, popping up at The Whitt for a flavour-packed takeover from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 August.
For three nights only, join Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper as he dishes up a special $99pp Feed Me menu, alongside signature cocktail the Snow Bunny Sour, which’ll warm you right up with its blend of gin, lychee, ginger and sake.
Expect plates like Corn Fritters with Chilli Jam and Lettuce Cups, Caramelised Sticky Pork with Sour Herb Salad and Chilli Vinegar, Chin Chin’s famed Butter Chicken Curry and more, for the perfect end to a big day on the mountain. There’ll be vegan and gluten-free options available, as well as a special kids’ menu.
Spots are limited, with sittings from 5.30-8.30pm each night.
